Shipping Policy
Consumer Orders
Packing and Delivery Charges:
All orders of more than $35 are shipped free to any destination in Australia.
For orders less than $35, the shipping charges are:
- NSW, Victoria and ACT – $16.50 (incl. GST.
- All other States & Territories – $25.50 (incl. GST.
We offer next business day shipment from our factory for products ordered from stock. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you via email to advise a despatch date.
Bespoke products will be shipped from our factory on the confirmed date.
Delivery to your nominated address will depend upon the courier service lead times. This is normally the next business day in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Orders outside the Sydney metro area will not be shipped on a Friday. This is to avoid your chocolates being held over a weekend in a courier’s depot.
We may sometimes need to delay a shipment if we have concerns about hot weather. If your shipment is delayed, we’ll contact you (see our Hot Weather Pack option).
If possible, please nominate a business delivery address to ensure that a person is available to take delivery of the chocolates.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Pickup Option for Sydney customers
Sydney customers may collect their order from our factory shop. Please make sure that you select the “Pickup” option at the checkout.
Hot Weather Pack (cost $11)
During the hot Summer months, or if you live in a region which is hot all year round, we can offer additional protection during shipping with our Hot Weather Pack. This special pack can be added to your order at the checkout for $11.
We recommend that the Hot Weather Pack be purchased from November to the end of March or all year round for any delivery address that is north of Brisbane.
NOTE – if you choose the Hot Weather Pack, we will replace or refund any product that is damaged by heat. Refund or replacement will not be offered for heat damaged product if the Hot Weather Pack has not been purchased.
Christmas
We recommend ordering early at this time of year. From early December, transport companies experience heavy demand. Orders despatched after 9th December may not be received before Christmas.
Corporate Orders
We will contact you to advise you of the Packing and Delivery costs and estimated delivery times.
