Our Mint Nougat Noir is a variation on the traditional Provencal recipe. We use peppermint oil to provide a minty alternative to the traditional nuts in the honey caramel nougat. The chewy honey nougat is coated in rich dark chocolate. For lovers of chewy caramel nougat. Eat them slowly!
