How do you ship in hot weather?
During Australia’s hot summer months, we recommend including a hot weather pack with your order to ensure your chocolates do not melt. It’s a small price to pay to keep your delicious Davies chocolates in their best condition!
Can I order Davies overseas?
Yes, but not through our online store.
Call us on +61 2 9502 2811 to discuss your options!
What is the meaning of handcrafted chocolates?
Handmade chocolates or handcrafted chocolates are individually created. We DO use small machines, always operated by one of our skilled chocolatiers. That personal attention ensures the quality. Each chocolate bonbon is unique in its own way.
The chocolates we hand craft at Davies Chocolates in Sydney — are gluten free chocolates and palm oil free chocolates — and yet they remain faithful to the original Davies Chocolate 1932 recipe and the delicious taste that has kept Australians coming back for more ever since!
How long does handmade chocolate last?
Our chocolates have a Best Before date of 15 months from the date of manufacture. Of course, storage conditions will have an effect on the chocolate.
Keep the chocolates in a pantry away from windows and sunlight. Also, if possible, store them between 15C and 21C”
